Mr. Arun K Saraf successfully led the team for construction and development activities of Grand Hyatt Mumbai which is one of the most prominent and luxurious hotels in the country today. He also established hotels like Hyatt Regency, Ahmedabad and Hyatt Andaz, New Delhi. He is based in Mumbai, India.

He is based in New Delhi, India and plays a significant role in the business community through his various leadership positions. Mr. Devesh Saraf

Mr. Devesh Saraf, aged about 31 years, is a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of the Company.He belongs to the Promoter Group of the Company. Mr. Devesh Saraf has graduated with the highest honors in Industrial & Systems Engineering along with Economics from Georgia Institute of Technology and Emory University, United States.Post hisformal education, he assistedto complete the development of a 114-key ultra-luxury resort inSouth Goa, which he currently operates under his ownbrand 'Azaya'. He is involved in the day-to-day operations of 'The Grand' Hotel in New Delhi and Azaya Beach Resort in South Goa. He was also involved in execution of a solar power project in Nepal, which has been producingclean energy since the year 2019.

Ms. Swati Singhania

Ms. Swati Singhania, aged about 41 years, is an Independent Woman Director of the Company. She is a practicing-chartered accountant, a qualified company secretary and a commerce graduate from the Calcutta University. She is also an insolvency professional and a forensic auditor by profession. She has more than 20 years of experience as a professional and runs her own chartered accountancy firm in Kolkata and she meets the criteria of being appointed as an independent director. She possesses extensive experience and expertise in forensic and due diligence services for various investment acquisitions, start-up investments, and pre-IPO investments. She engages with start-ups, venture capital funds and angel funds providing support in deal structuring and closure.

Mr. Sandipan Chakravortty
